Creamy Avocado Cilantro Dressing (Vegan)

Ingredients:
2 medium avocados
1 large handful fresh cilantro (about ½ c packed)
2 tbsp avocado oil*
1 tbsp lime (or lemon) juice
1 tsp minced garlic
½ c water
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp salt
Instructions:
Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
Nutrition Facts (per 2 tbsp):
Makes about 20 tbsp.

Notes:
*Olive oil may be used in place of avocado oil.
For a kick add some diced jalapeño.
For a thinner dressing add water until you reach the desired consistency.
